How to Lose Weight Fast With Little Effort

As a home based business owner, I have gained a lot of weight over the years sitting on the couch and working on the laptop. I used to be a very active person, so falling victim to weight gain was a major mental setback for me. As I gained weight, my metabolism slowed, and it become easier to gain more weight.


I decided to lose weight fast after I discovered my new-found ability to balance a pop can on my belly. The route I went with for weight loss was walking. I have never been one for doing situps or pushups when I could easily get the weight loss results from walking, which I do naturally. Walking allowed me to think about life, and listen to music which kept me motivated to walk longer and further. Talk about fast weight loss... I lost over 50 pounds in one month. Walking became easier after 2 weeks, and continued to get easier every day from then on.


If you are unable to get out of the house often, I recommend getting yourself an electric powered treadmill. That way, you can keep yourself entertained while you exercise by watching your favorite primetime television shows. That has always made exercising fun for me.


You can also do some extra walking by shopping. Even if you don't by much, you can get some excellent exercise by going to the mall and walking for a couple of hours through the various stores. I knew a guy that went to the mall and did nothing but jog around the mall in a circle for hours, but you don't have to go that far to get results.


There are a lot of miracle pills out there, but none of them really work. Their testimonials do not account for the exercise that was performed while on the pills. A proper exercise to lose weight fast must include walking because it works your cardio while slimming your stomach, buttocks, and thighs. Losing weight is a truly natural process.
