Cinnamon has a very distinct taste and you may find it hard to get used to the sugar free cinnamon so its an idea to move slowly from the sugary one to the sugar free. ½ teaspoon of cinnamon powder daily can also lower cholesterol and keep you feeling healthy.


It also has the ability to prevent clotting of the blood which can be great for the elderly and a good reason to start using cinnamon for baking delicious cakes, biscuits and pancakes.


My favourite way to get my cinnamon powder is to take a couple teaspoons of organic no sugar added cinnamon powder and add it to all natural organic yoghurt or Greek yoghurt. Perhaps the last statement has provided a little motivation to alter your eating habits? Here's just a little more...would it surprise you to know that if you ate 1 bowl of uncooked oatmeal three times a day for the next week that you would lose no less than 5-10 pounds? As a home based business owner, I have gained a lot of weight over the years sitting on the couch and working on the laptop. Recent research


According to recent studies, there is a significant difference with the effectiveness of this drug between male and female subjects. Results showed that the female subjects under age 50 lost 7 times the weight of those on placebo during the research period. So far, there have been no reports of negative side effects.


Skepticism


There are still some people who are pretty skeptical about this new weight loss drug. Rumors are going around that the initial results of this Phase II drug trial for Histalean showed that the drug did not have any significant weight loss effects on the study's subjects. Even Betahistine from which the drug was based did not provide any therapeutic effects for vertigo treatment. There's still an ongoing debate on the credibility of this product.

I've spent over a decade working and consulting for fitness companies and I can tell you as an "insider" that machine circuits are the favorite selling tool to convince beginners to sign-up. They lead you to believe that they are easy to use and will get you results.

I was just doing some research for one of my new publications that will be coming at some point in the near future and somehow I managed to stumble across a couple of articles about double chins (random, I know).


More specifically, though, the author was trying to form a convincing argument that the best way of getting rid of a double chin is in fact to exercises your jaw muscles by practising a biting motion that is subject to resistance.


I'm sorry, but I've got to set the record straight


There's already a bucket load of misinformation out there; the last thing I want is to get on a train or a bus and see people chewing on some kind of stress ball designed to increase jaw muscle mass!


Here's what you actually need to do


The fact of the matter is, the reason you've got a double chin is because your body fat is too high. What's more, you can't control whereabouts your body stores fat. Your genetics determine where fat is stored - there's nothing you can do to change it.


So if your body stores 90% of fat in your face, then unfortunately it's the cards you've been dealt. Unless you opt for surgery of course.


There is another option, though


Lose some weight! Seriously, if you're unhappy because you have a double chin then drop a few lbs, monitor, adjust and react accordingly.


There is no magic pill for chin fat loss, but by dropping your overall bodyweight down, your face fat will of course drop too! Whether you're prepared to do the work to get the results is another thing entirely - I guess that'll just depend on how much you want it!


To really succeed in losing weight, there are two parts to the equation. Firstly, you need to have the willpower and determination. Secondly, and even more importantly, you need the knowledge so you know exactly what you have to do and why.
